To register your agency to rate risks through USLI's Online Program, click on the blue button below. This opens Capstone’s Landing Page. To reach the Login Page, click on the Green Box, "Start a Quote." Enter your email to sign in or create an account. You will receive a Verification Code by email to enter in the proper box. Then click on Verify Code.
You then can enter your new Password or use your present Password that is already associated with the USLI web rater. Enter your name and Agency name. When your account has been set up, you can click on your name in the upper right of the page. Choose Edit Account to verify or change your Profile information. You should also choose your assigned Underwriter from the drop-down box indicating your Default Contact at Capstone.
Please note that USLI does not write business in Louisiana. USLI policies will have a Flat Fee of $100 in all states except Florida where the fee is $125.
Click on the Start Quote box for the class of business you wish to quote. Follow the instructions for rating your risk, and if you have questions about the rating procedures, you may call our USLI underwriter at 855-734-5534. If you have forgotten your USER ID OR PASSWORD, click on "Forgot Your Password or Login ID" on the Login page.
